As a consultant*in operational integration management, you support companies, for their employees, during a disease and in the best case before returning to the workplace, to find common means and ways to restore, maintain and promote health and performance - an exciting task that makes a real difference! Yours? Come to the team! As a BEM consultant, you will understand operational integration management as a chance to help employees back up after a disease or accident. You conduct personal or virtual initial discussions and find ways to overcome the existing inability to work and/or prevent new inability to work. The sending of the letters, the file system and the initial appointment agreement takes place centrally, you do not need to worry about that. In the situation analysis, you determine which conditions have led to inability to work. In this context, the main focus is on the analysis of loads caused by the working system. You develop possible measures, organize case-conferences for decision-making when needed, and accompany employees in the implementation of solutions until the final discussion. You advise on the implementation of a BEM at the organisational and process level, support customers and stakeholders and provide BEM as a complex approach in training and workshops. The joint support of potential new customers with our sales completes your tasks. The body can be exercised both in fulltime and part-time with a weekly amount of at least 25 hours.

A completed study, preferably psychology, social education, social and health sciences or equivalent, and ideally an additional qualification as a disability managerin, occupational health managerin or case manager*in Knowledge of medical and professional rehabilitation, social security, occupational health and safety Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity Good knowledge of English (B1) Class B driving licence and enjoyment of external service activities and regional mobility
