Support and further development of Atlassian products, in particular Jira and Confluence, as well as support for the entire application life cycle – from introduction to further development Advice and support for users and stakeholders in the optimal use of applications Responsibility for Lifecycle Management, Administration and Customizing Systems Maintenance, maintenance and further development of interfaces as well as plugins to connected systems Monitoring and optimization of applications and troubleshooting in cooperation with system support Creation of training documents, documentation and user guides for knowledge transfer and use of systems

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Professional practice in application management and experience in dealing with heterogeneous IT system landscapes and complex environments Responsibility and reliability in a safety-critical environment Customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in working with users and stakeholders Commitment, initiative and independent working Independent communication skills in German and English (at least B2-level)
