In this position, you take on the professional and disciplinary responsibility for a team and actively develop processes and employees

Limited for 2 years

Leadership and development of the team in debt and debtor management. Responsibility for dunning, insolvency processing, blocking and account clarification. Analysis and optimization of processes and further development of existing processes. Management and coordination of projects in the field. Close cooperation with the areas of sales, accounting, law, personnel and IT.

Commercial training with corresponding professional experience or completed studies of the business economy or comparable qualification. Experience in receivable management and ideally in the management of employees. Knowledge of insolvency law and the energy economy are advantageous. Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA. Own-sponsored, structured operation as well as pronounced communication and team capacity.
