Service assistance for commercial vehicles (m/f/d)

Turning and fishing point in the service: You organize and coordinate workshop appointments so that everything goes smoothly. Customer care with heart: You receive our customers professionally, treat them and care for a first-class service. Efficient order processing: You set customer and vehicle data, first set repair orders and prepare invoices. Fleet management: You plan, monitor and manage replacement vehicles for our customers. Structured organization: You make sure that all documents, vehicle papers and keys are in the right place at the right time Coordination of maintenance & recall actions: You keep an overview and make sure that all maintenance work and recall actions are correctly assigned.

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. businesswoman for office management, automobile businessman) or a comparable qualification. You are a real organizational designer and keep track of many tasks at the same time. You have fun dealing with customers and know how to provide an excellent service. You are safe to use MS Office and can quickly work into new systems. Very good German skills are a must, English is a plus. You are reliable, committed and have a solution-oriented way of working.
