The planning, updating and implementation of maintenance planning tasks are carried out in order to map the maintenance activities on the technical systems and networks in the SAP-PM.

They qualify the operational engineers so that they carry out independent planning, updating and implementation of maintenance planning tasks for their operating resources in the SAP-PM. The regular preparation, evaluation and presentation of reports on the current state of maintenance planning is your responsibility. You will pick up end-user feedback to identify and implement the improvement of the SAP modules PM and CS as well as the workforce management system mobile X. The support of the system interfaces from the SAP-PM to the GIS (Geographic Information System) is one of your tasks. They plan and continue to build and update the SAP-PM database with the aim of synchronous systemic imaging of the real technical installations/operating means. They take over the management and application training of the terminals and applications provided to internal departments and external service providers.

You can provide a completed training as a specialist in system integration with advancement, the technicians of the mechanical engineering / electrical engineering departments or trained business operators. If there is not yet the necessary ascent qualification, there is the possibility of retrieving them by-vocation.

They have user knowledge of SAP-Classic (SAP PM, IM, PS, SD), in particular detailed knowledge in the PM/CS module for structured maintenance planning. In addition, you have application experience in MS Office and Microsoft teams. Detailed knowledge of the Mobile X workforce management system is desirable. Your independent, structured and result-oriented working methods as well as a high personal orientation are excellent. You have a class B licence.
