Creditor processing — Proper and timely processing of creditor accounting and maintenance of supplier relationships. Payment transactions — preparation and implementation of payment transactions and supervision of discount periods. Account clarification — coordination of creditor accounts, processing of reminders and clarification of differences with suppliers. Final work — Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Supplier communication and coordination with internal specialist departments. Creation of evaluations and reports in the field of supplier management. Invoices — Examination and processing with account plan and order reference.

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification. Professional experience in debitor and/or creditor accounting is desirable. Secure handling of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel. Structured, reliable and independent operation. Communication strength as well as joy in team-wide cooperation.
