These are your tasks:

Support in the collection, documentation and continuous maintenance of processes and relevant information Processing and structured provision of information, presentations and documentation for different target groups Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of information and knowledge databases Support for the need-oriented communication of information and the optimization of information flows within the organisation Working with the development of standards, methods and digital solutions in process and information management

Continuous studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, business informatics, information management, process management, quality management, sustainability management or a comparable degree programme Interest in process management, information management and the structured processing and communication of information Good knowledge of how to handle MS Office; first experiences with document management or process management tools are of advantage Analytical and structured working methods as well as a high degree of care and quality awareness in the care and management of information and documentation Flowing German knowledge (C1 level) and good English skills (B1 level)
