We design fast and simple processes, design digital customer lines and develop our communication channels agile and data-based. In this internship, as part of the Prevention/Schadenmeldung department, you support the visual preparation and presentation of data-driven projects that optimise Allianz's damage reporting processes. You will work closely on projects such as expectation management, weather warning service and the development of a one-view solution for customers and representatives. Your task is to prepare the results of these projects in such a way as to convince the leaders and decision-makers and to set the course for future developments.

Visualization of project results: Create attractive presentations that illustrate complex data and process optimization in a comprehensible and convincing way. Support for strategic decisions: Prepare project data for board rounds and strategy presentations. Evaluation and analysis: Under-search and evaluate projects using key performance indicators to optimize their success and efficiency. Collaboration in the team: Work across departments with different teams of Allianz to visually support processes. Pre- and follow-up of workshops and events Optimization of damage processes: contribute to the optimization and further development of our processes in the field of prevention and damage reporting. Recruiting and Onboarding: Help in finding a suitable succession when your time comes to an end with the Alliance.
