The Bremen Chamber of Commerce – IHK for Bremen and Bremerhaven is a customer-oriented self-governing body of the economy for around 54,000 member companies from industry, trade and services in Bremen. We represent the overall interest of traders and are competent advisers as well as critical partners for politics and administration. The Bremen Chamber of Commerce is looking for an IT-Helpdesk (m/w/d) employee for the staff division Personnel and Digitization at the Bremen site at the earliest possible time in full time (40 hours/week).

User support for colleagues Coordination and handling of malfunctions and tasks in the ticket system Maintenance of documentation Coordination of training Maintenance of inventory in equipment management Management of IT and telecommunications contracts

Completed commercial training (e.g. completion as a merchant/wife for digitalization management, specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification) Experience in IT support Customer orientation, flexibility and pronounced problem-solving competence Good team and communication skills Reliable and predictive operation Good oral and written expressiveness
