As a portfolio manager (m/w/d) for renewable energies, you work in an eleven-member team and manage the Commodity portfolios of Stadtwerke Kiel AG with the aim of an overall economic optimum and taking into account the assigned risk mandates. In cooperation with the Senior Portfolio Managers, you develop and manage the portfolio of renewable energies. They are responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as for the care and care of existing customers. Together with the senior portfolio managers, you develop marketing strategies and concepts. For financial-mathematical modeling and operational planning, you enter the parameters and operating data and prepare them. They act as a central interface between model-based hedging, assets and internal and external service providers. In the management or planning period, which covers up to 25 years from day-ahead, you are the contact persons for sales, controlling and business partners and participations of the SWK for the renewable energy sector.

They have successfully completed their studies in the energy industry, energy technology, engineering or business management and already have professional experience in the field of energy management. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the deployment planning of power plants and plants in the field of renewable energies and have an EPEX trader qualification. They provide very good knowledge of portfolio management and market data systems as well as good knowledge of energy data management systems. High planning and analysis skills as well as communication skills and independence complete your profile.
