Supply Chain Planner – Network and Capacity Planning (m/f/d)

You control demand and supply by means of overarching KPIs as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and assist in optimizing processes for planning and controlling the supply chain. In close cooperation with the planning units in the network of the various production sites and business units, you coordinate the flow of materials and moderate decision-making at bottlenecks. You evaluate the capacitive feasibility and optimal work allocation for new product launches and guide the implementation of cross-work transfers. You identify opportunities and risks in the production network and define risk mitigation measures such as the launch of new investments. The implementation of analyses and data-based identification of improvement measures, such as recommendations for the reduction of complexity, complete your task.

You have successfully completed a degree in BWL or industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain or logistics or have acquired an equivalent qualification. You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including in networking and capacity planning and Sales & Operations Planning. You have experience in project management and work with numbers, data and databases. SAP IBP or comparable planning systems are familiar to you. As a real team player, you quickly capture complex relationships thanks to your analytical and structured thinking capability. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as pronounced presentation skills complete your profile.
