• Payment is made according to our GEW (similar to TVöD SuE Bayern), salary depending on the number of hours and professional qualification
• 30 days of annual leave, in addition according to the applicable domestic contract up to four days of regeneration per year

Your qualification:

• a completed vocational training on:the child caregiver Social pedagogical supplementary (m/w/d) or comparable degree (in Germany officially recognised foreign studies/training, e.g. for primary school teacher, social education, social work, curator, ...)
• Joy in working with our little ones
• Team skills, communication strength, empathy, openness and sense of responsibility
• willingness and interest to put our pedagogical concept into practice

Your future tasks:

(m/w/d) in the care of young children in our crèche

• Designing a safe and loving environment where children can feel comfortable and unfold
• Implementation of age-appropriate activities and games to promote child development
• Support in the planning and implementation of educational offers and projects
• Active cooperation with parents and guardians (m/w/d) to promote open communication
