Referent MaRisk-Compliance II / Regulatory Compliance Project Lead (m/w/d) in full or part-time Location: Norderstedt bei Hamburg

Your tasks You control, coordinate and track regulatory implementation projects centrally and seamlessly across all affected units You actively take over interface management with operational departments, organization, IT and control units You advise bank-internal stakeholders methodically in implementing regulatory requirements from the Second Line of Defense You recognize regulatory process risks, participate in the processing of audit findings and initiate specific action options You control and monitor essential regulatory projects (e.g. DORA, EU AI Act, ESG) For a transparent, comprehensible and auditable documentation within the scope of the Compliance Projects, you will Your profile You have a degree in finance, business or a comparable qualification You will bring sound knowledge of regulatory requirements to credit institutions (including KWG, MaRisk, DORA, EU AI Act) You have several years of experience in project management and coordination in the banking or compliance environment You know the first / second line of defense and the MaRisk requirements You bring distinct interface competence and experience in in interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist and control areas You work structured and analytically and have a high documentation discipline You are convinced by a strong solution orientation, cooperation and conviction Your Benefits We maintain a good operating climate with modern corporate culture that promotes team work and appreciation Compensation according to the collective agreement of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks with a classification based on individual experience We support your work-life balance with flexibility in working time models and workplaces Safe workplace with permanent employment contract 13.
