Preparation of processing machines Procurement of work documents Transport of the provided and commissioned individual parts for the production order to the processing machine Testing of parts/orders for accuracy and completeness Provision of test and measurement equipment Independent handling of CNC lathes Siemens 820 Sinumerik Drawings Self-employment, armor, production of components in small quantities Performance of quality testing according to requirements Processing of components according to the requirements of the work documents and compliance with the safety and environmental regulations checking the tools used for wear and cutting data, and their optimization Adjustment of CNC programs, if necessary correction with the assistance of the CNC programmer Cooperation in the development and implementation of CS actions within the group

Completed technical training as machining mechanic in the field of turning technology or comparable completed vocational training First professional experience CNC training as additional qualification Knowledge of the control Siemens 840D desirable Layer and weekend readiness Quality and responsibility Service and service orientation Reliable, friendly and motivated personality
