Your profile:

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in innovation management, project management or in comparable areas Knowledge of digitalization, platforms, automation and AI Experience in the development of business models and market analyses Embossed strategic and conceptual skills High communication and networking strength in the business and partner environment. The German language should be at least fluent Ability to guide teams and coaching and mentoring skills Structured, self-sponsored working and entrepreneurial thinking and budget awareness.
