Tasks of the Directorin / technical management are: • Positioning the JFF in specialist debates and active participation in specialist bodies at national and federal level • Cross-structural development of JFF's high expertise while maintaining the relevant media education • Designing the cooperation of research and practice with regard to innovative transfer formats, joint projects and internal dialogue • Care and development of cooperation with the actors of media education and all other fields of education • Responsibility for external representation, different event formats and the ongoing development and publication of experiences and concepts Joint tasks with the Managing Director are: • Head of office with approximately 100 employees at four locations • Strategy development, medium-term acquisitions, negotiations with donors and external representation in politics and administration • Design of a close and trusted cooperation with the other management bodies (chairman of the association, departmental directors)
