As a DevSecOps expert (m/w/d) focusing on strategy and implementation, you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices within our company. You work closely with the development, IT security and operating teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures throughout the software development cycle. Development and implementation of a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy to ensure safer, scalable and efficient software delivery processes Integration of automated security measures and checks into existing CI/CD pipelines Implementation and monitoring of security policies, standards and best practices Cooperation with development, IT security and operating teams to promote a “Security by Design” culture Evaluation of and support in the implementation of DevSecOps tools for continuous safety monitoring and vulnerability analysis Implementation of safety assessments and risk analyses Monitoring the current threat situation to ensure timely risk mitigation measures

Complete study of computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in DevOps / DevSecOps and IT security Deep understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices Practical experience in using tools for automated safety assessment Confidence with Threat Modeling and Security Risk Assessments Structured and solution-oriented operation Good communication skills and the ability to understand complex facts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
