You are the first point of contact for guests and with your friendly way of a professional first impression? You also keep an overview when dates and calls overlap? Then we look forward to meeting you! You receive incoming calls and forward them to the right contacts You welcome guests friendly and are the company's flagship as a receptionist You prepare meetings and appointments organizationally You support the fleet You perform general administrative activities around the reception

You have joy in dealing with people and appear service-oriented You have good English skills to welcome guests and forward phone calls You work reliably, organize and keep an overview even in stressful situations You are flexible in time and can switch between the pre- and afternoon shifts Ideally, you already have experience as a receptionist (m/w/d) or in the reception area Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.

A holiday representation is sought as part of the transfer of workers. The place starts with an approximately one-week incorporation from 24.08.2026. Then you can support the team flexibly in shifts between 07:0012:00 and 12:0017:00. This application is limited until 09.10.2026.
