Discipline and professional leadership of employees incl. Personal development and control of department processes and interfaces Coordination, optimization and further development of workflows and ensuring compliance with standards and instructions General responsibility for planning and surveying incl. Quality assurance of all performance phases (pre- to execution planning) Total project management incl. control of complex planning measures, plan determination methods and multi-project management assignment, control and contractual support of engineering offices as well as examination and approval of external planning services Monitoring of budget, resources and dates and reporting to management

Complete scientific study of the field of civil engineering, lawyer with relevant professional experience or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience Funded knowledge in the field of road planning and planning law such as the Road Law (FStrG), Immissionsschutzgesetz (BImSchG), Honorary Order for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), General Administrative Law, Budget and Contract Law Knowledge of the guidelines for road planning (according to the Research Society for Road Transport [FGSV] and the Federal Road Agency [BASt]) Multiannual professional experience in the engineering office or in public administration Leadership experience as well as structured, independent and interdisciplinary working methods Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office) as well as CAD experience, ideally with CARD/1
