Specialist / Project Manager Output Management (m/f/d)

Project management, planning and implementation of the migration from Dopix to series M / M‐/Text: inventory, mapping, conversion, refactoring, automated build/deploy Technical and technical development of the output platform (kwsoft Series M) over the entire lifecycle: requirement recording, design, build, test, operation Design and maintenance of text modules/layouts, variable logic, rules and channel control (print, email, ePost, portals) DV release: Ensuring data-processing documents for dark processing and automated follow-up processes incl. ID/barcode concepts, control information and machine-readable structures Production and support: Control of the productive series M mode, 1st-/2nd‐/3rd-level support, incident-/problem management, SLA monitoring, coordination of maintenance windows and cutovers Stakeholder engagement: advice on new requirements, impact analyses, cost estimates, draft solutions; Priority and Roadmap tuning with departments and IT Integration into core and specialist systems (e.g. life/BU, inventory/performance), control of batch and online processes, PDF/intermediate formats Quality Assurance: Regression and Visual Tests, Releases, Versioning, Documentation, Compliance (Revision Security, Accessibility) project and stakeholder management with departments, IT, external partners; Roadmap and Release Control

Experience in the output/CCM environment with kwsoft (series M, ideally M/TEXT) or comparable systems Practical Dopix knowledge and experience in migration projects (analysis, conversion, test, cutover) Experience in DV release and production-related operations and support processes (SLA responsibility, Incident/Change management) Ability in Stakeholder Communication and Consulting: Workshops, Use‐Case Recording, Business‐Case Review and Priority Understanding document generation, template/component architecture, rules, data connection and channels Safe in IT project management and DevOps-related processes (building/release pipelines, version management, automation) Basic technical understanding for interfaces (e.g. REST, Files/Queues), PDF/X, barcodes, prepress, E‐Delivery Experience with AI-assisted checks in the document environment (e.g. semantic consistency checks, visual adjustments) within the framework of defined release processes Understanding the secure, data protection-compliant use of AI tools in output projects strong communication, structured, quality-oriented; Joy in working in interdisciplinary teams
