To support our document management of the Human Resources Department in 99427 Weimar, we are looking for

offering or working student at €603 basis alternative in parttime (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• You take over the digitization of files including transfer to a document management system
• You maintain the document management system (SAP)
• You perform administrative tasks from the daily business
• If you are fit, you will work on statistics and support in the recruiting area

Your profile:

• They bring office experience and a very good IT confession with
• They are practiced in the handling of MS Office, Tools and Scanner Hard and Software
• You already have experiences with digitizations of files, and you also have first experiences in recruiting
• You can work independently and accurately
• Ideally, you will bring first SAP knowledge, if not, we will bring it to you
• You think entrepreneurial and can think into complex tasks
• A very good organizational skills and independent work complete your profile
