What you do with us:
Your task is to co-design and drive the digitalization of analog processes and solutions as well as the digital transformation of the REWE Group's Human Resources area. The focus of the applications you are responsible for is on the applications in the administration. You develop and optimize the SAP HCM module ESS/MSS and ensure ongoing support for the existing Self Services. The focus is on customizing, detachment of the WebDynpro – with contemporary Fiori surfaces and 3rd level support. For the precise interplay of different technical components (on-premise, cloud, low-code (e.g. MS Power Platform, SAP Build Process Automation)) along the current and future self service processes. You always think one step further and actively shape the change from the 'onpremise world' to the cloud and also implement new requirements in both SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other providers. The evaluation of the supplier and consultant market is also part of your tasks, as well as the analysis and evaluation of the latest trends in the environment of HR solutions for the purpose of accurate use according to the requirements of REWE Group.
