In this position, you are responsible for various departments of the production of electronic components and thus contribute significantly to the successful production of our money-saving game equipment. Your tasks:

• As Head of Production Devices Electronics (m/w/d), you run the Test Systems department and are the contact person of the Electronics Production area with the associated groups: SMD PCB production, fitting, PCB test systems and cable assembly.
• They are responsible for the design of efficient, cost- and quality-optimized production of printed circuit boards as well as electrical and electronic components.
• Actively dress the interface position for electronics development and ensure a smooth entry into production.
• Leadingly supervise the modification of the components to be produced and develop this independently.
• You also agree with the areas of development, production, material management and quality management.
• The analysis and localization of faults in production plants is also part of your tasks as well as the repair of components.

Your qualifications:

• Complete engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, manufacturing technology or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the production of comparable electronics production with test systems, SMD printed circuit board assembly, PCB tests etc.
• First leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience with fitting systems of Kulicke and Soffa as well as Parmi AOI desirable
• Experience in Change Management
• Experiences in handling ERP systems (SAP)
• Target-oriented and structured operation, reliability and hands-on mentality
