-Your tasks:-

· Ensuring adequate planning and transfer of new Applications in the operating state · Creating the Transition Planning with the help of experts and Responsibility for time, process and implementation · Support in defining and agreeing criteria for Completion of the transfer between the parties involved (project, Service) · Control of measures for the complete achievement of Ready for use · Definition and coordination of IT operating concepts during the Introduction · Monitoring and coordination of work packages / activities in Service / Solution Transition Based on Transition Planning · Perform the evaluation and delta analysis of transfer criteria · Planning and implementation of all relevant test activities successful introduction of new application solutions · Planning and implementation of adaptations to necessary documentation and working tools

-Your profile:

· Complete university studies in computer science or comparable · At least 10 years of professional experience in the introduction and Commissioning of new applications · Insufficient experience in the planning and control of transfer activities in the application of a methodical and uniform approach model for transferring standard applications from Project in operation · Very good knowledge in application / IT service management, in Application support or project management for standard applications · Very good knowledge of ITIL and the transition from service Transition to Service Operation · Very good knowledge of defining quality gates within the framework of the Application Lifecycle Management Processes and the Implementation of Quality assurance and experience in the creation of concepts and Result documents · A structured approach and high willingness to become new Reports · readiness in an IT landscape with very high Working IT security standards · German and good English skills
