Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

You identify the causes behind developments, create growth potential and create the data base for strategic decisions.

Among other things, the following tasks await you:

Development, implementation and continuous optimization of relevant KPIs as well as interactive dashboards and reports (e.g. Tableau and/or CRM Analytics) Analysis of business processes, customer journeys, funnel logics and marketing allocations for identifying growth, sales and efficiency potentials Proactive identification of data-based business opportunities as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action for departments and management Conception, development and development of scalable data models and data pipelines based on modern cloud architectures (Snowflake, dbt, Data Vault) Close cross-departmental cooperation with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Management to translate complex business requirements into sustainable data solutions End-to-end responsibility for data analytics projects including design, implementation, quality assurance, documentation and presentation of results Ensuring data governance standards and support in data protection and compliance issues (especially GDPR) Promoting best practices in the field of analytics, supporting junior team members as well as shaping a modern data-driven and AI-based organization

You have several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data engineering and have already driven data-driven decisions with measurable business impact. You can master SQL at expert level, work safely with Python as well as modern analytics stacks like Snowflake, dbt and Tableau and feel at home in cloud environments. Not only do you think in reports, you understand business models, customer journeys, funnel logics, attribution and ROI relationships, and you recognize concrete growth and optimization potentials. You can translate complex data in a comprehensible way and move yourself between management, departments and technical teams – you speak the language of all involved and ask the right questions. You work proactively, question existing analyses and processes, recognize patterns and trends at an early stage and derive sound recommendations for action instead of providing data. You take responsibility for end-to-end analytics projects, attaches value to high data quality, clean documentation and sustainable solutions
