In an interdisciplinary team with roles from software development, user experience, data science, agile coaching & Product Ownership, you are continuously driving the development of the Lexware business account in a cloud-based web application. For us, the needs of our customers are in the daily focus. In iterative steps, we test continuous improvements in the product in end-to-end responsibility to validate it with our customers. We always look for the latest developments in the BaaS area to offer our customers a seamless integration of bank and accounting, so they are thrilled. Together with the team, we decide which tools we use and what topics we implement. For this we are in continuous dialogue and always open to new approaches & experiments.

You already have several years of experience as a fullstack developer:in and want to build modern banking software that really delights our customers. You know the work on complex software in larger companies – or you want to get there. In the front end you feel at home with React, TypeScript and Material UI. Backend brings you know-how in Spring Boot and relational databases – best with PostgreSQL. Also in the AWS world (e.g. EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) you move safely. Clean Code, Test Driven Development and agile methods are part of a good development process for you – not just theory. And in meetings in German (C1) you can easily discuss.
