Technical building equipment management: cost, timing and quality control of the corresponding contractors Support of the costing department for cost determinations of the cost group 400 Creation of calls for tenders for the post-contractor purchase and accompaniment of procurement and technical reconnaissance discussions with tenderers Contact persons for specialist planning, subcontractors and contractors

You have a completed study or a further education to the technician or Master in the field of supply / building technology and/or electrical engineering Initial experience in the planning or processing of installations of building installations is desirable They are familiar with the construction-contractual regulations They are powerful and take responsibility They share our values and set their own accents
