You are a contact person for our customers after buying a vehicle and process their reviews on Trustpilot and Google through personal conversations and email Improve our service by actively collecting, evaluating customer feedback and finding a satisfactory solution Ensure excellent service quality with creative and customer-oriented answers to various assessment platforms and support your team leader in monitoring and analysis of the portals Overview of our KPIs for customer satisfaction (e.g. processing speed) by analyzing feedbacks and measures for quality assurance Support the development of the Autohero Social Media Strategy by researching current topics, news and trends You act as a communicative interface between our customers, internal departments and service providers

You are a communication talent, service-oriented and have fun at customer contact A structured, independent and team-oriented way of working Interest in cars and the willingness to learn new things in this area - beginners are welcome Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and a safe handling of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
