Bachelor Thesis - Strategic Value Creation Decision in Control Cabinet Processing: Conception and Evaluation of an Internal Manufacturing Solution

The aim of this work is to develop a well-founded business plan for the construction of a separate control cabinet processing and to compare it with the alternative of a complete purchase.
