Promat Service GmbH is a service company of the Etex Group, which deals with prefabricated components in the B2B sector as well as the blanking of construction products for constructional fire protection and technical thermal insulation.

Instandhalter / Servicetechniker Internal (Mechatronics / Electronics) (m/w/d)

Maintenance, repair and maintenance of production machines (e.g. saws, CNC milling machines, plate grinding machines). Diagnosis and elimination of mechanical, electrical and electronic disturbances. Implementation of preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans. Coordination of maintenance and repair work with machine manufacturers and external service partners. Maintenance of operational infrastructure (e.g. electrical installations, compressed air systems, lighting, smaller building repairs). Support in the installation and commissioning of new machines and plants. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Documentation of all maintenance and repair work in the system. Cooperation with production to minimise downtime. Take over the management of the production team in the event of the absence of the team leader Production (e.g. coordination of employees, ensuring the production process). Analysis and optimization of existing maintenance processes and maintenance plans to increase efficiency and machine availability.

Complete training as a mechatronic or comparable qualification. Knowledge of mechanics, electronics and control technology. Experience in handling CNC machines and other industrial plants. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under time pressure. Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics of advantage. Communication capability for coordination with manufacturers and external service providers. Management competence and organisational skills for the team leader's representation. Analytical thinking and experience in optimizing maintenance processes. Willingness to shift work and occasional willingness to call. High quality and safety awareness (respect of UVV and DGUV regulations and electrical standards). Teamability, reliability and independent operation.
