In our team “Retail Strategy & Transformation MBC (Mercedes-Benz Cars)” we develop strategies and concepts for a future Mercedes-Benz Cars sales system. In addition, we control the global transformation of our retail business to achieve this target image. We take into account the activities of new competitors, trends, new business models and the changed customer behavior. In this way, we completely design an attractive and sustainable sales model for Mercedes-Benz Cars and our sales partners. We operate worldwide and work closely with a variety of internal departments as well as external partner companies. Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, International Business or a comparable degree course German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good knowledge of popular MS Office and Communication programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of data analysis, data processing and data visualization as well as data-based concepts and recommendations for action First experiences in (agile) project management are desirable
