Import & Logistics Control and monitoring of international flows of goods in the field of sea freight, air freight, land transport and express shipments Implementation and documentation of import duty settlement of samples Date monitoring and coordination with international suppliers Granting of approvals and maintenance of all related documents Coordination of imports with forwarding, ports and other service providers Disposition & Export Disposition and planning of transport in the areas of sea, air, land and express Preparation of export documents and accompanying documents in accordance with customs and export regulations Administrative tasks Creation and maintenance of internal reporting Invoicing and processing of logistical accounts Conducting analyses, e.g. at runtime, cost or supplier performance

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or wholesale and foreign trade Experience in international trade and cooperation with forwarders Knowledge of customs and import regulations desirable Structured, reliable and proactive operation Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office
