• Avize the ready-to-order boxes to forwarders - creation of the Shipping Advices - creation of export accompanying documents, as well as freight letters - implementation of the operational processes for smooth handling of customer orders - Reliable communication with internal and external customers and service providers - testing of hazardous goods packaging - data collection in the SAP system as well as web applications - interface to the picking, external freight forwarders and to the customer area

Your profile as a logistics provider: - Commercial training desirable (preferably in the field of logistics or forwarding) - experience in the forwarding or logistics environment - knowledge in MS-Office as well as SAP - good German and English knowledge - Responsible, conscientious and independent working skills: - experience in customs processing - Affinity for WEB applications additional requirements: - readiness for weekend work
