YEARS: • Acquisition of turnkey projects: You are responsible for the acquisition of turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects of regional builders and investors (m/w/d) • Project management and supply creation: You develop technical concepts and create tailor-made offers by coordinating the offer project team consisting of internal and external architects and specialist engineers (m/w/d), • Full customer advice: They accompany our regular and new customers from the first discussions on the concept development and contract negotiations to the successful conclusion of the contract • Network building and care: They build a strong regional customer network and continuously cultivate it to fully exploit market potential • Corporate representation: As a face of our company you represent our interests professionally to the outside and strengthen our market presence.

IHR PROFIL: • Preferential studies of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or comparable professional career • Multiannual professional practice in the sale, project management and/or planning of turnkey commercial properties desirable • Above-average communication skills and strength as well as passion for sales and customer support • Safe occurrence, even in negotiation situations, and a sense of interacting at different levels
