You have a relevant vocational training (preferably in a railway undertaking) in connection with many years of professional experience You have several years of experience in the care of trainees (preferably in a railway company) and training participants (adult education) as well as in-depth experience in staff support, combined with basic educational knowledge You already have a completed training examination (AEVO) and you already have experience in a company-wide training coordination (preferably in a railway company) Dealing with people gives you pleasure, and you are also enthusiastic and communication-strong economic thinking as well as a pronounced problem-solving competence characterize you as well as organisational skills and enforcement skills You have a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach
