Be part of the governance area in the Data, Privacy & Artificial Intelligence unit in Cologne and promote the creation of pragmatic regulatory requirements. In our highly dedicated and specialized team, you will keep your eye on regulatory developments and translate them into practical requirements. In addition, you create the direct interface with our customers and make sure that all data protection rights are taken into account as best as possible. The position is designed as an entry role in which you can develop professionally and personally.

A structured onboarding on all relevant topics with sponsorship program as well as internal and external training offers Insight into exciting data, privacy & artificial intelligence topics focusing on governance Own-sponsored creation of group specifications in the form of guidelines and work instructions Your tasks include policy management, reporting, awareness, and legal monitoring within the scope of the above-mentioned topics, processing of data subject rights and complaints, and processing of data protection violations. Your field of activity also includes audits and monitoring activities

Legal studies or comparable training; two years of professional experience or internships/stations in data protection/AI Basic knowledge of data protection and AI are advantageous, but not necessary Great readiness and enthusiasm for data protection, artificial intelligence and digital developments Very good communication and team skills, structured and careful working; first negotiation experiences are advantageous High resilience and commitment, service orientation and reliability Very good German and good English skills and a certain readiness to travel to carry out on-site audits (approx. 1 time in the quarter)
