Senior-Spezialist*in IT-Security (m/f/d)

To strengthen our security team, we are looking for you as a senior specialist*in IT security at the next time. Become the driving force of our IT security: you design, strengthen and operationalize protective measures that make our IT systems resistant and protect data in the long term. In our security team, you work closely with IT emergency management and IT administrators, bring IT security checks consistently into service-oriented IT operations and ensure that IT security is not only documented, but also practically lived.

We work with industry-standard tools like CrowdStrike Falcon XDR, Tenable Nessus, Kali Linux and ServiceNow. You carry out regular penetration tests and targeted vulnerability analyses and take concrete measures to improve safety. As a member of the IT security team, you are proactively shaping ILB's ICT security strategy.

IT Security Operations/Management & Incident Response

Detection, Analyze, Evaluate and Report Security Incidents

deriving and implementing sustainable measures to prevent incidents

Further development and monitoring of security measures, including documentation

Advising IT colleagues on web, cloud and mobile security as well as IT security monitoring

deriving and following measures from penetration tests

Responsibility for at least one central IT security solution area (e.g. SIEM/SOC, EDR, Cloud Security, vulnerability scanner)

IT Security Enablement, Governance & Operational Control

Advising specialist areas for the use of IT security products and services

Planning, organisation and transfer of new IT security products, processes and services in IT operations

Definition of relevant KPIs and creation of reports and their coordination with IT management and internal stakeholders

Coordination and control of external IT security service providers (including SOC, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)

IT‐Security Projects

Working in security-relevant IT projects

Takeover of subproject lines

Master's degree in computer science or comparable engineering sciences as well as at least 5 years of experience in IT or IT security environment

Deep knowledge of information security, ICT security processes and well-founded practical experience with EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanner systems

Experience in IT project management, common approach models and advanced IT service management standards (e.g. ITIL)

Advanced experience in cooperation and control of external ICT service providers

Basic knowledge of network, cloud and operating system environments as well as willingness to call

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as strong communication and team skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
