Receptionist (m/w/d) with focus on group reservation (part time)

Your task:

• Check-in and check-out of our guests
• Guest care and consulting
• Adoption of reservations and correspondence of any kind
• Cash Responsibility
• Booking of group travel, organization and contact with programme partners
• You make reservations about our reservation software SIHOT. Don't worry, we'll teach you everything.

Your profile:

• Ideally you already have experiences from the hotel industry and gastronomy/tourism area, but not necessarily necessary
• Experience in dealing with Outlook and MS Office applications
• Fun in dealing with people of all ages
• You are a team player
• They are reliable and flexible and work structured
• You are motivated to give your best and open to new
