You develop and implement Lean standards, KPI dashboards and templates that really support our teams in everyday work. You guide Lean trainings and coachings and encourage continuous improvement and smart collaboration. You combine lean principles with our corporate values and thus promote a culture of efficiency and self-responsibility. With your motivating style, you will strengthen team spirit, feedback culture and decision-making at all levels.
A completed study or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor level). At least 3 years of experience in accompaniment and coaching of operational teams – ideally in logistics or production. Practical knowledge in Lean and Agile methods, with certification, and joy in implementing them in everyday life. A class B licence and readiness to travel to our depots (about three days a week). Strong communication skills in German (native) and English as well as the desire to actively shape Coolblue's growth in Germany.
