actively shape the safe and sustainable use of Microsoft 365 at DEVK. You are responsible for key issues relating to compliance, information protection and SharePoint Online and provide the basis for innovative solutions such as M365 Copilot – in an environment with high regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for the M365 compliance strategy with Microsoft Purview – in particular the conception, implementation and operation of DLP policies incl. Monitoring and Incident Response You develop and establish Sensitivity Labels and Information Protection Concepts in close cooperation with data protection, security and specialist areas You create the basis for safe use of M365 Copilot through well-thought-out classification, authorization and protection concepts across all relevant services You manage and develop SharePoint Online (including governance, permissions, content lifecycle) and secure the stable operation for > 10.000 users You automate processes and advises specialist areas in the use of compliance functions as well as in the safe use of Microsoft technologies (including Power Platform, Power BI, Azure AI)

Multiannual experience in the M365 compliance environment as well as deep know-how in Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention) in complex corporate structures Funded Expertise in SharePoint Online with Focus on Governance, Permissions and Site Lifecycle Secure handling of PowerShell (including PnP, Microsoft Graph) for automation and script-based deployments Understanding the safe use of M365 copilot including the impact of data classification and authorization concepts knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, DORA, BSI); Additional knowledge of Power Platform, BI/Fabric or Azure AI Very good German knowledge - good English knowledge of considerable advantage
