As a manager (m/w/d), you are deeply immersed in our (production) processes and take over the technical and disciplinary management of your employees. The following tasks await you in detail: Ensuring professional and scheduled order execution Resource management The derivation and exhaustion of potential for improvement and the optimization of existing workflows Building and improving internal communication and agile working methods The initiation and further development of your employees

You have completed training as Industrial Master Chemistry You could already gain experience as (advertent) leadership (also in layer models) They have several years of professional experience in a producing chemical industry company You speak English to B2 level (required)
