Approved medicines currently being supervised in the department include advanced, innovative small molecules, such as Januskinase inhibitors and traditional biologists. In addition, the Pfizer Medical team of the Rare Disease area focuses on the development and market launch of novel drugs for the therapy of rare diseases. The focus is on complex indications such as hemophilia and ATTR amyloidosis.
