You are responsible for the organization and management of the site and coordinate the ongoing projects up to their successful completion Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as need-oriented personnel deployment planning and development are in your hands New customer acquisition and network maintenance are part of your task – you conduct negotiation and award talks as well as follow-up negotiations The monitoring and quality assurance of the project sequences are your area as well as the optimization of the processes and the control of the contract awards to partner companies

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) with master and/or Graduate or studies with a focus on electrical engineering / energy technology or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Remarkable is leadership experience as location manager Funded knowledge in the implementation of framework contracts in the medium and low voltage range Good understanding of economic indicators and business relationships in the project business
