As a CNC machine operator / inverter (m/w/d) in Münster, you take responsibility in machining and make sure that complex components are manufactured precisely, economically and in consistently high quality. You set up CNC machines on your own, accompany the entire processing sequence and answer “deine” parts – from the drawing to the tested dimensional accuracy.

In your working day, you work independently on modern CNC systems and control the entire manufacturing process. Your tasks include:

• Stand-alone installation and operation of CNC-controlled machine tools as well as other processing machines such as eroding machine, radial drilling machine, welding machine, laser welding machine or machining centers
• Manufacturing of individual parts and assemblies according to drawing, order and manufacturing regulations, including small repairs
• Order-related punching, fitting and safe processing according to NC/CNC programs, including adjustment and optimization (cut values, tools, offsets)
• Continuous process monitoring, detection and elimination of simple disturbances (e.g. tool breakage, coolant) and transfer to the team management
• Quality control of the manufactured parts with suitable testing and measuring means as well as documentation of the measurement results within the framework of the factory owner control

We are looking for

For this position, we are looking for a professional personality that can safely control CNC processes and takes responsibility for quality. You work structured, keep track of multiple orders and get involved in the team.

• Completed training as a CNC milling cutter, CNC parting funnel, machining mechanic or a comparable qualification in the metal sector; alternative multi-year practical experience of CNC machines
• Proven experience in the operation of CNC machines, ideally including setup and simple program corrections, as well as safe handling of measuring devices
• Structured, independent and quality-conscious working in combination with team skills
• readiness to work in the layer system and to operate several machines
• Openness to work on new colleagues and pass on expertise
