At DEICHMANN we build a new AI team, the visual content - image and Moving image - fully AI-supported and produced at the highest level. A young, rapidly growing team means many parallel topics and a high need for clear structure. This is where you come into play: as a student of work: in project management, you primarily support our marketing manager AI Production and help us to organize, planable and smooth our production – and learn how an AI content team is created from scratch.

You primarily support our marketing manager AI Production - as well as the rest of the team - in the organization and coordination of ongoing projects, from briefing acquisition to scheduled delivery. You keep in mind tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and open points, and keep in mind that nothing remains. You communicate clearly and securely and work as a connecting interface between different stakeholders. You have a strong sense of organisation and responsibility and you like to work independently without shying the exchange with the team. You are planning our project and task overviews in common Project management tools and keeps the status transparent at any time. You co-ordinate with adjacent areas of expertise such as marketing and creation and prepare meetings before and after. You actively participate in building and developing processes, templates and documentation for the new team. You take organizational topics around tools, accesses and storage.

You are immaculate at a university, ideally in a degree program related to economy, media, (project) management, communication or a comparable field. You work structured, reliable and with a good look for the essential. You are safe to use the common Microsoft-365 applications; Experience with project management tools is a plus. You bring a real interest in AI, content and creative production processes. Communication-proof language skills in German and English.
