IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Our IT continues to develop and you can play a central role in this. As an IT System Administrator, you will ensure a stable, secure and sustainable operation of our IT landscape. You enter our infrastructure, develop existing systems and work on projects that shape our digital future. Modern technologies, varied tasks and the opportunity to actively shape technical decisions await you. Your duties include: Infrastructure & operation Operation, maintenance and further development of our server and network infrastructure Network, Wi-Fi and VPN administration Monitoring and optimization of our IT systems Analysis and elimination of complex technical disturbances Cooperation with external IT partners and service providers Microsoft & Identity Management Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Management of users, groups and permissions Implementation and further development of safety guidelines Working on compliance and security issues Client & Endpoint Management Managing our Windows client landscape Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management support Software Package and Software Distribution Planning and implementation of hardware and software rollouts Inventory and lifecycle management of our devices Projects & Development Planning and introduction of new IT solutions Automation of recurring processes Working with digitalisation and infrastructure projects Creation of technical documentation Active participation of our IT landscape

Complete training as a specialist system integration or comparable qualification Experience in the administration of Windows environments Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Ideally experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions Understanding network and infrastructure topics Structured and independent operation Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous development IT Security Experience Knowledge of automation and scripting A good handling of Linux (Ubuntu / Debain)
