Your tasks: • Professional processing of inquiries, disturbances and problems in the IT Service Desk • Collection and documentation of Incidents and qualified forwarding to the relevant departments • Active support for users in solving technical challenges • First-level support in hardware, software and network issues • Ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Your qualifications: • Complete training or studies in IT or comparable qualification • Embossed communication strength, customer orientation and problem-solving competence • Practical experience in the IT service desk or support environment of advantage • Knowledge of hardware and software and network technologies • Teamability and flexibility in a dynamic working environment
