Head Industrial Engineering (all genders)

comprehensive experience and deep understanding of production systems, series transmission, technology / powerful, dynamic personality

Recording, design, visualization and introduction of processes as well as of machines and manufacturing processes Creation and maintenance of work plans and instructions, maintenance plans for machines and plants, and implementation of time recordings Motivating, integrative leadership and further development of the Industrial Engineering team with around 40 employees Planning and organisation of the implementation process for new manufacturing and assembly technologies Participation in strategic projects and acquisition of project management tasks Standardization of processes and documentation in the sense of Operational Excellence approach Significant participation in product launches and new product developments in the sense of the Design for Manufacturing/Assembly approach Interdisciplinary responsibility for industrial engineering

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment of production Very good knowledge of (all) areas of operations, series transmission and lean management experience Experience in employee management and willingness to work on a team-oriented basis Funded knowledge in ERP systems as well as safe handling of MS Office German and English skills Self-employed and structured working methods, team skills and entrepreneurial thinking if applicable.
