You make sure our IT processes work securely and reliably. In the Joiner, Mover and Leaver process, you accompany employees and make sure that permissions are correctly assigned and maintained. With your structured approach in support and process work, you ensure smooth IT operation and make an important contribution to the stability of our organization.

You support the day-to-day business around the Joiner, Mover and Leaver process and accompany entry, change and exits of employees In doing so, you will participate in the awarding, testing and maintenance of user permissions You support license checks and ensure transparency in the use of software As part of ITGC Audits and SOX controls, you work with audits and documentation You take tasks in job control as well as setting up and monitoring processes In addition, you support 2nd Level Support and help edit tickets structured and solution-oriented
