Construction Management (m/f/d)

| You take over the complete building management for national and international projects of LPH 6–9. Customer support | As a direct contact:into our customers you will talk and accompany them through the different phases of the project. | You coordinate the implementation of sophisticated interior design projects and ensure that dates, costs and quality are met. Coordination | You coordinate all works in the office and on site and monitor the implementation of your results on the site. Costs & assignments | You are responsible for the costing, costing and commissioning of the executive works. Project Responsibility | You accompany your projects from initial preparation, implementation and successful completion.

Education | You have a degree in architecture, are a construction engineer:in, room master:in, wood technician:in, civil engineer:in or have a comparable qualification. Experience | You bring several years of professional experience in the building management and have already accompanied projects independently. Ideally, you know the internal processes, the coordination of various structures and the cooperation with exporting companies. Communication | You have fun dealing with people and convince by your dedicated and safe appearance.
